What does Baki Design and Architecture do?
Four things, under one practice. Architecture: floor plans, space planning, landscaping, interior design, 3D modelling and 3D/4D simulation. Civil engineering: executing building projects and infrastructure, contract management and supervision, renovation, interior fit-out, and bills of quantities. Training: CAD, BIM (Revit, ArchiCAD, Twinmotion, Lumion, Unreal Engine, D5 Render, Enscape, SketchUp) and architectural post-production. And supply, finishing and equipment hire alongside those.
Can you work with my contractor?
Yes. Contract management and supervision of engineering projects is one of our civil engineering services, so we can take the design through to site with a builder you have already appointed, or run the execution ourselves if you would rather one team carried both.
Where do you work?
The studio is in Logpom, Douala, and we work throughout Cameroon. Projects completed so far include work in Douala, Bamenda, Limbe, Buea and Kumba.
